Welcome to my Wednesday blog, and today we will talk about food that will make us beautiful inside.

WeAreWhatWeEat.web_We all know that we are what we eat. The scientific research proved that work of human organism is based on it’s monthly consumption. Basically whatever you ate during the month will show it results on the bodies’ work.

Personally I think of food not only as an energy substance, but also as a beauty treatment. All girls know that if you want healthy skin eat more fruits and less candies, you want strong nails and hair–>  dairy products will help you with that. But my personal favorite,or as I call it- SuperFruit, is AVOCADO!avocados

The best thing that you can possibly eat during the day is AVOCADO.
